2.1 The Fun Pool specializes in selling portable inflatable jacuzzis (“Products”). 2.2 All product details, features, and specifications are as listed on our website. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations may occur.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. 3.2 Payment is required in full at the time of order placement. Accepted payment methods are listed during checkout. 3.3 Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

4. Order and Shipping

4.1 Orders are processed within 2 business days of placement. 4.2 Delivery timelines depend on courier ETA and the customer’s pin code, typically ranging between 5 to 12 days. 4.3 Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Cancellation

5.1 Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.

6. Refunds and Returns

6.1 Refunds are only available if the product is not in working condition. 6.2 To qualify for a refund, you must:

  • Provide video proof of the defect.
  • Ship the product back to our office address at your expense. 6.3 Once the returned product is inspected and the defect is confirmed, a refund will be processed. 6.4 Refunds will not be provided for:
  • Issues caused by misuse or improper handling of the product.
  • Normal wear and tear.

7. Warranty

7.1 A 1-year warranty is provided for the motor and pump only. 7.2 The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or modifications.
  • Accessories and parts other than the motor and pump. 7.3 Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Fun Pool is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
  • Delays in delivery caused by external factors such as courier services or natural events.
